Speaker's Agreement
Thank you for considering to speak for The Awareness Network.
This is an advanced group that responds best to innovative information and interactive presentations.
Location: The Divine Science Community Center, 1540 Hicks Ave., San Jose, CA;


Meeting Format:
8:30 a.m. Networking and Light Breakfast.
9:00 a.m. Welcome, Sacred Circle, Hugs, Introductions.
9:45 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Speaker's Presentation.
10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Closing Circle and networking till departure.


Write-up:
Please provide:
Your exact name and title


Complete title of presentation


A brief description of your presentation, including biographical information (35 words or less)

This write-up is included in our schedule of events and other promotional publications (such as flyers and web page)


Agreement:
This time is being reserved exclusively for the speaker:


To give experiential/informational presentation, at no charge, on a mutually agreed date,


Who will provide her/his own presentational materials.


Who will announce upcoming events, hand out or sell promotional material only during the last 5 minutes of talk or during networking time


Who signs and returns the original agreement by the date indicated by the coordinator.

Promotional Opportunities:
Distribution

We mail and distribute the Conscious Awakenings Resource Guide to at least 500 addresses. Consider inserting an informational flyer to encourage attendance at your presentation.


Flyer inserts

(500 total, Full-Page Flyer Insert: 1 or 2 sided:$100)) must be pre-paid and received during the first week of the 3rd month of each quarter to allow editing time for inclusion. Camera ready copy at additional printing cost.
